Agreement to Terms

Welcome to OptiMed! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OptiMed, including all related websites, software, and services provided by OptiMed ("Service").

Misusing the Service in a way that could disrupt its functionality or security.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, remains the exclusive property of OptiMed and its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Service’s materials is strictly prohibited.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to OptiMed, its users, or its business interests.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time at our discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating this page or through other means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
